AdminLess — a senior build team in Singapore

Scoped in a week. Shipped in weeks.

We are a small senior team in Singapore. We put the plan in writing, build it in weeks, and stay to run it.

How we work: a written plan in week one, a demo every week from week two, live in week seven, then we look after it. A ruled strip across eight columns, one column per week. Week one is a band marked Scope: we send a written plan with a fixed price. Weeks two to six are a band marked Build, with a mark in each week for the demo we show you. Week seven is a band marked Live: we switch it on and train your team. From week eight the band marked Run continues in a broken line with an arrow, because we stay and look after it. The weeks are illustrative: first projects are live in seven to twenty-one working days, depending on scope. What we build

Four kinds of project, built in-house.

These are the four shapes of work we take on.

01

Tools your team uses every day

We put the job that lives in five spreadsheets onto one screen your team trusts.

Example: a stock and order screen for a warehouse team.

02

The steps in a job, in one place

We write down the steps with the people who do them, then make them run themselves.

Example: a purchase request that finds the right approver by itself.

03

A page your customers sign in to

We build the page your customers, dealers or members use, and we look after it.

Example: a dealer checks an order and downloads the invoice.

04

Private AI on your own documents

Built with our partner Chat4Good, so your files never leave your walls.

Example: one question across a hundred documents, answered as a table.

If your project is not on this list, ask. We will tell you honestly if it is not for us.

How we work

Four steps, all of them in writing.

The same four steps on every project, and every one of them is in writing before anything is built.

  1. Step 01 of 4

A written plan with a fixed price

We meet for an hour. Within a week you have a written plan naming every part, and the price.

  2. Step 02 of 4

    A working demo every week

The people who build it show it to you weekly. Nothing is kept back for the end.

  3. Step 03 of 4

    Live, with your team trained

We switch it on, move your files across, and train the people who will use it.

  4. Step 04 of 4

We run it and improve it

Bugs fixed, small changes included, and a review with you every three months.

We agree in writing what we will build, before we build it. Anything extra is quoted first, never a surprise bill.

Private AI

Private AI, with our partner Chat4Good.

Our private AI runs through our Singapore partner Chat4Good — a team that runs AI anyone can inspect, on machines in Singapore, with zero data retention.

We put this in the written plan: nothing you own goes to a public AI, and nothing is used to train anyone else’s. Your people ask in plain words and get the answer with the passage it came from.

Where it runs
In Singapore, with our partner Chat4Good.
What travels
Only your question and the passage it needs.
What stays
Your documents stay on your own computers.

It meets Singapore’s personal-data rules (PDPA). A signed data-protection agreement comes with the written plan, before any work starts.

Who we build for

Two clients, and the rooms we came from.

The four below are the shapes of work we take on. Example:

PPIS

One place for all the numbers, in place of reporting built by hand in spreadsheets.

Piloted for six months, now on a yearly plan with us.

SG Assist

Trainer timetables, class attendance, and a page where learners check their certificate.

In pilot with us now.

How we charge

One price, agreed in writing.

We have never sent a bill a client had not already seen in writing.

Fixed price for the project

Agreed in writing after the scoping call, and it covers the whole build.

A monthly amount to run it

After it is live we keep it running, fix bugs and keep making it better.

Most first projects land between S$5,000 and S$20,000.

First projects are live in seven to twenty-one working days, depending on scope.

There is no other number on this page, because a price without a written plan behind it is a guess. We quote after the call, in writing, and we hold it.

Questions we get

Asked before every project.

We answer these the same way every time, and the answers go into the written plan.

Will you work with our own tech team?
Yes. We agree the rules with them in writing first, and we work inside them.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first day. A written handover is part of going live.
Where is our data kept?
In Microsoft’s cloud, in Singapore, or on our own server in Singapore. You choose, and it is in the plan.
What if AdminLess stops?
You would own everything — the code, the keys, the runbooks. We hand it over in writing, and if we’re in trouble we tell you before you find out.
Can you start next month?
Usually yes. We keep few projects running at once, on purpose, so ask early.
What if the scope changes?
We write the change down and quote it first. You say yes before we build it.
What size of project do you take?
One clear project with one owner on your side. Most first ones run four to eight weeks.

Book a scoping call

An hour with us, then it is in writing.

45 minutes now, a written plan and a price inside a week.

Pick a time

Bring one project and the person who owns it. The call is free, and we come to you.

Scoping call · 45 minutes · online or in person

Slots are real. If a date shows, we can take it.

Or write instead

Three lines is enough. Every email gets a reply within one working day.

We use this to reply to you. Nothing else, and nobody else sees it.
